1. Platform role

zhuangxiu.ca is an online platform for renovation request matching, quote comparison, and pre-project coordination. The platform itself is not the construction contractor and does not replace the final contractual responsibilities between customers and contractors.

2. Accuracy of submitted information

• Customers should provide accurate and reasonably complete project, contact, and budget information.
• Contractors should provide accurate business details, public contact information, service coverage, and verification materials.
• The platform may remove, restrict, or reject content that is false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or harmful to the service.

3. Quotes and engagement boundaries

Quotes, budget estimates, and communication shown on the platform are intended to support matching, comparison, and early decision-making. Final scope, payment schedule, material choices, timing, and legal responsibilities must be governed by the final written agreement between the customer and the contractor.

If a customer submits a direct inquiry, the request is routed only to the selected contractor. If the customer uses the broader quote comparison flow, the platform may share the project summary with matched contractors.

4. Deposits, payments, and disputes

The platform may display contract review, deposit status, staged payment, or project tracking features, but this does not automatically make the platform the direct party responsible for all payments or construction performance.

Disputes involving workmanship, payment, delays, materials, or change orders should be handled according to the final contract, applicable law, and the parties' documented communications.

5. Contractor listings and verification

Contractor profiles on the platform may come from direct submissions, manual curation, or initial collection from public online sources.

Even where the platform conducts review steps, that does not constitute an absolute guarantee of licensing, insurance, project quality, or future performance. Customers remain responsible for reviewing key credentials and final contracts.

6. Knowledge content disclaimer

Articles, budget guides, renovation tips, process notes, and FAQs on the platform are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, insurance, engineering, design, or permit advice.

7. Accounts and access control

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method and account information.
• The platform may restrict access to certain pages, features, or accounts for security, review, anti-abuse, or operational reasons.
• The platform may suspend or terminate service where it detects misuse, spam, scraping, fraudulent quotes, or other actions that interfere with normal operations.
