User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Revoke third-party sign-in access

• If you signed in with Facebook, you can first remove this app from Facebook under Settings & Privacy -> Apps and Websites.
• If you signed in with Google, you can revoke this app's access from your Google account's connected app settings.

2. How to request deletion from us

You can submit a deletion request through the contact options on zhuangxiu.ca. Please include enough identifying details so we can locate your records accurately.

• Your account name or company name
• Your registered email address or primary contact detail
• Related project titles, request records, or quote references
• The scope you want deleted, such as account details, requests, messages, or all related data

3. What we may delete

• Basic account information such as name, email, phone number, and linked social sign-in details.
• Project requests, uploaded notes, image references, and quote-related communication history.
• Directly associated contractor profile or partner application records, where applicable.

4. What we may retain

Where required for legal, financial, dispute resolution, security, or anti-abuse reasons, we may retain limited records as necessary. Retained records will not continue to be used for regular platform display or marketing purposes.

5. Processing timeline

We will review and process verified deletion requests as promptly as reasonably possible, and we will respond with the outcome within a reasonable time.
